Interim Reward Manager

As Reward Manager you will be responsible for all strategic aspects of the Reward function, including a review of Pay and Benefits for the organisation to ensure they are able to attract external talent as well as retain current staff, providing reporting and external benchmarking to the HR Director, working closely with the HR and Payroll teams as well as other projects including leading on the Gender Pay Gap reporting and leading the REMCO committee.
The successful candidate will be a Reward expert with significant amount of experience leading strategic aspects of a Reward function. You will be well networked and able to liaise with external organisations to provide external benchmarking. You will be clear and concise in delivery, a creative thinker and have a fresh and exciting approach as to what a Total Reward Package needs to look like.
You will also ideally be available fairly immediately.
