I have partnered with an Investment Banking firm to assist them recruit a Recruitment Officer vacancy to develop a Talent Acquisition function. This role requires the successful candidate to have a background within an in-house function to ensure a seamless transition is achieved.
Responsibilities:
- Provide recruitment and interview training to all hiring managers ensuring that they understand the importance of all necessary procedures
- Partnering with each business area periodically to review head count and hiring processes
- Conduct interviews with prospective candidates
- Coordinate the end to end recruitment process from sourcing through to offer
- Undertake a thorough review of the recruitment spend and sharing with the relevant HR employees
- Work closely with the Marketing department to improve presence across LinkedIn, Glassdoor and other platforms
- Assist with the implementation of the ATS system
- Prepare, manage, and run any Graduate Recruitment programmes
- Main point of contact for the US team for recruitment activities
Skills:
- In-house recruitment experience within a Financial Services environment
- Understanding of the regulatory environments, values, and rules
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Building and maintaining relationships
