I have partnered with an Investment Banking firm to assist them recruit a Recruitment Officer vacancy to develop a Talent Acquisition function. This role requires the successful candidate to have a background within an in-house function to ensure a seamless transition is achieved.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide recruitment and interview training to all hiring managers ensuring that they understand the importance of all necessary procedures
  • Partnering with each business area periodically to review head count and hiring processes
  • Conduct interviews with prospective candidates
  • Coordinate the end to end recruitment process from sourcing through to offer
  • Undertake a thorough review of the recruitment spend and sharing with the relevant HR employees
  • Work closely with the Marketing department to improve presence across LinkedIn, Glassdoor and other platforms
  • Assist with the implementation of the ATS system
  • Prepare, manage, and run any Graduate Recruitment programmes
  • Main point of contact for the US team for recruitment activities

Skills:

  • In-house recruitment experience within a Financial Services environment
  • Understanding of the regulatory environments, values, and rules
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Building and maintaining relationships
