Interim Recruitment Advisor - 3 to 6 months - circa £25,000 to £28,000 DOE. 4 or 5 days a week considered. Hybrid "office " and "work from home".
Your new company
This is a rapidly expanding organisation with an excellent employee culture who due to an increase in business is looking to recruit.
Your new role
This is a new role reporting to the HR Manager to assist with the recruit of a large number of new specialist roles into the business.
You will be involved in all areas of recruitment activities from assisting Line Managers draft job descriptions, creating job advertisements, posting job vacancies, dealing with responses/CV sifting, interview organisation, interview outcomes/feedback, offers, contracts of employment and onboarding - all these activities in conjunction with the Hiring Manager and HR Manager. You will also deal with all recruitment related administrative tasks.
You will also get involved in "pro-active" recruiting through online tools such as social media, LI, job boards and CV libraries.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have a solid background in recruitment activities and administration; ideally come from a sector such as engineering or civils and be able to juggle several projects/activities at one time.
Ideally you will be able to commence around the 19th to the 26th April.

Flexible working - 4 or 5 days considered - part office and part home working (Covid secure environment with lateral daily tests if onsite).
Salary dependant on experience level and sector background.
Weekly pay - via Hays - with accrued holiday pay.
