HR Advisor (6 month - Contract)
Are you looking for your next step-up to an HR Advisor role? Our Peterborough based client is looking for a full-time HR Advisor for a 6-month contract with the likelihood of a permanent position. This could be the career development role you are looking for.
Supporting two HR Business Partners you will handle low level ER cases advising both line managers and employees and therefore must be familiar with the necessary processes. These issues could relate to absence, well-being, and performance management for example.
You will also take minutes for more complex disciplinary, appeal and grievance hearing meetings. Experience of working in HR in a fast-paced environment handling high volumes of work is essential
The role will be home-based initially and likely to be more blended home/office mix as the current restrictions are lifted.
Laptop and iPhone will be provide by the company.
