Oakleaf Partnership are working with a leading global technology business who have an opportunity for a Reward Manager to join their team in London.

As a Reward Manager you will have a number of responsibilities including:

* Designing reward programmes such as salary ranges and job families
* Working on recognition programmes
* Advising the wider business on compensation and bonus packages
* Supporting with the development of the company's benefits offering

We are looking for an experienced total reward professional who has worked within compensation and benefits.
