Senior HR Generalist
My client, a global financial services business based in the city of London, are looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join their HR team. This will be a broad strategic and operational role in a high touch environment.
Initially a 12 month FTC this role has scope to become the most senior member of the HR department, taking on management responsibilities for a small team.
It is critical this individual is experienced and comfortable in dealing with all aspects of compensation, benefits, talent management, employee relations, performance and career development processes (including reviews, training, leadership development, executive, coaching, etc.) as well as general administration (legal documentation, local employment laws, etc.). Given the culture of the firm, this individual must be prepared to "roll up their sleeves".
