  • Partner with the business to design, build and implement short-term and sustainable long-term Diversity & Inclusions strategies.
  • Develop and facilitate high-quality and high-impact cultural change initiatives.

A leading Financial Services organisation based in the City of London.

Description

The Diversity and Inclusion Specialist - Fixed Term Contract will:

  • Review our client's approach and progress to date on Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) initiatives.

  • Review the relevant Action Plan and deliverables.

  • Develop a blueprint for D&I for our client taking account of outputs from the Purpose & Culture work-stream.

  • Working with key stakeholders, take steps to prioritise and implement activity to embed D&I principles and concepts.

  • Work in partnership with the D&I Steering Group, Human Resources and other associated network groups to ensure co-ordination of D&I effort and common purpose.

  • Strengthen our client's employer brand by promoting D&I initiatives both internally and externally.

  • Provide regular communication and updates to senior management.

  • Define key metrics and Management Information to develop D&I reporting and track progress.




Profile

A Diversity and Inclusion Specialist - Fixed Term Contract with:

  • Previous experience of leading and delivering D&I programmes in a start-up company environment.

  • Experience as a subject matter expert in D&I.





  • Proven background of working collaboratively with organisations to set up D&I strategies that are robust and lead to positive cultural change.

  • Ability to analyse data to make informed decisions and evaluate progress.

  • Experience working to clear project time-lines, with demonstrable adaptability, to achieve success in the delivery of D&I initiatives.

  • Be able to communicate compelling messages that influence all levels in the business.
