We have a current opportunity for a HR Advisor on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Merseyside.

Our client, a FMCG business, is seeking a generalist HR professional to join their small team. This is a fantastic opportunity and we are seeking individuals who have working either in sales, engineering or manufacturing previously. You will be used to working in a multi-site business and be prepared to travel ( when able ) to their three sites across the UK as and when is needed.

This is a fantastic role where you will work closely with the People Business Partners and will take a lead on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary and grievances issues. You will support on all people processes such as reward and appraisals.

Our client is looking for a generalist who can support on all activities such as recruitment, training and development, exit interviews, culture and engagement.
