In-house Talent Acquisition Manager - Marketing
This is an opportunity to join this rapidly expanding Marketing Technology business as a Talent Acquisition Manager.
This business is a global marketing technology company, working with big technology companies worldwide.
The position of Talent Acquisition Manager will involve:
- Being an expert in using LinkedIn as a sourcing tool
- Comfortable in using different job boards for candidate searching
- Creating the right company messaging to prospective candidates
- Prescreening candidates
- Managing volume recruitment on an on-going basis
The ideal candidate for the Talent Acquisition Manager will:
- Have experience recruiting marketing technology roles, such as Marketing Automation, Data Analysts etc.
- Ideally have experience from both SMEs and larger businesses
- Be an exceptional communicator, both orally and written
- Be able to demonstrate searching skills such as Boolean & x-ray searches
- Have the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
£35,000 - £40,000 + bonus + package.
