Interim HR Process Lead - London - Financial Services - 12 months - £400-£450 per day - Immediate Start

International Financial Services company with offices in Central London.
Your new role
HR Process Lead to work as part of our HR Transformation project team looking at changes to our HR Service Delivery and Onboarding processes. As the HR Process Lead you will work to review processes and implement appropriate actions and interventions to ensure a smooth transition from current practices to future processes. Lead the process review in conjunction with central HR teams and contribute to the wider Project Team. Develop the change management plans alongside the Head of HR Service Delivery and project team Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at different levels across the organisation. Conducting the Change Impact Assessment for the business, input the plan for the programme.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience working in HR Processes/Projects. Experience working within an HR Shared Services model in a complex organisation.
