We have a current opportunity for a Lead HR BP on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Warwickshire and we are seeking candidates who have worked within manufacturing, supply chain or warehousing.
This role is an exciting position working for an epic brand that is going to be growing through 2022. It is an opportunity to lead a manufacturing site and implement all HR processes at that site - and be involved in the creation of new product for the brand. Our client is seeking a HR generalist who can implement HR on site from scratch, you will be responsible for leading the site people plan, embedding performance management and onboarding of all new starters. You will be responsible for office management, onsite employee experience and managing a recruitment processes focussed on finding top talent.
