Reward Manager - Edinburgh or Glasgow

Our client is seeking a Reward Manager to join their team. The role is based in Edinburgh and will require a Reward professional who has experience across compensation and benefits and supported on new global benefits and wellbeing projects.

The role will be based in Edinburgh and when there is a return to the office you will be in 2 /3 days a week. You will be responsible for all reward advice and guidance to the recruitment and people operations teams. As well as this you will lead on analysing all markets in which the business operates.

Our client requires an individual who has total reward experience to date and is eager to work as part of a busy and fast paced reward team.
