HR Coordinator (HR Project Support)
HR Project Support Coordinator needed to join a HR transformation & Change team delivering a HR change project
Were seeking an HR Coordinator / HR Project Support / HR Administrator to support a HR Transformation & Change project team.
You will be working with a team of HR Business Partners & HR Programme Manager on a large scale transformation & change/transition project (TUPE)
You will support the team with a HR Coordinator/HR Administrative project support tasks including updating project logs, developing and updating materials / take minutes within project meetings and supporting the coordination of transition activities and any other HR administrative support required within the project team.
Were seeking an experienced HR Administrator / HR Coordinator / HR Project Support officer with strong administrative skills who ideally has been involved with a larger scale project previously.. ideally a Change programme including, restructure/redundancy/TUPE/Transition.
HR Administrator / HR Coordinator / HR Project Officer
Strong skills in administration - word / excel / outlook
Ideally experience of project / project management / risk logs/project logs
Ideally knowledge/experience of involvement within a change / consultation programme - eg redundancy / Reorganisation / TUPE / Merger / Acquisitions.
Ability to handle sensitive data and understand importance of confidential data
Ideal experience background would be from a larger public sector background but this is not essential if have large scale commercial project experience
This is a fixed term contract until end of Sept 2021
