Talent Acquisition Specialist - Financial Services

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to have complete ownership of their work and be at the beginning of a business's journey.

They are candidate must have experience within financial services and have the desire to expand their remit into Tech.

As a Recruitment Advisor, you are responsible for providing full cycle recruiting for a region, market or client. Duties include sourcing, selecting, screening and submitting candidates aligned with business or project needs across the firm or within a client organisation.

The ideal candidate:

• Mix of experience in house and agency
• Direct sourcing capabilities
• Experience working roles across EMEA is desirable
• Experience recruiting for Business Services
• A second language is desirable but not a must
