*Interim HR Operations Manager *400-£500 p/d. *6 Months *Hertfordshire (remote for now)

The purpose of the role is to lead a successful support function across HR & Resourcing to positively impact the Group People Strategy by driving informed, strategic decision-making across the business.A particular focus on team leadership, digital and change transformation, process mapping, data analysis projects and leadership of generalist HR support queries. The role will have active contribution to the evolving People Strategy and in setting the objectives that align with our Great Place to Work strategic goal.

*This role is inside IR35 so candidates must operate via an umbrella.

Ideal person will have:

  • Lead initiatives to introduce and improve People processes and champion better ways of working.
  • People management experience is advantageous
  • Experience of leading a team, setting SLAs and being accountable for its success
  • Excellent knowledge of HR processes, best practice, regulation and compliance
  • Advanced MS Office skills - Excel especially (essential)
