Our client is seeking a Workforce Transformation Manager to lead a review and deliver change to its current work model. An experienced programme manager, you will have a proven track record managing large projects with wide-ranging people impacts. As the programme lead you will need to build relationships across a dispersed stakeholder population to understand how changes to ways of working have and will continue to impact the future of the workforce. You will work cross-functionally to support a phased return to on-site working while also seeking to understand the longer-term implications of adopting a hybrid working model. You will need to consider all aspects of the impact of these changes both in terms of organisational effectiveness as well as technology, site management, and facilities planning.
The successful applicant will have proven programme management experience. Operating as Workforce Transformation manager you will be an HR change agent experienced in carrying out in-depth business analysis and accessing the impact of people change. A skilled networker, you will need to build relationships and influence at mid and senior leadership level. You will have exceptional engagement and communications skills, ensuring high levels of engagement and clear communication every step of the way. You will have exceptional planning and organisational skills with the ability to deliver complex multi-track change programmes successfully.
Desired: experience in Manufacturing, Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain.
