Associate HR Business Partner

11-month maternity cover

I have partnered with a fantastic financial institution that invest in challenging markets to support economic development. This role is a very hands on opportunity and would be ideal for a Senior HR Advisor looking to transition into a business partnering position. You must have Financial Services experience, 4 - 6 years HR exposure & managed ER cases end to end.

Responsibilities:

  • Be first point of contact for managers and employees on HR policy and process questions
  • Carry out business partnering meetings with your designated client group
  • Manage the new joiner & probation process
  • Sole responsibility for the family leaver process for all employees (maternity, paternity, shared parental leave, adoption, surrogacy)
  • Prepare ER documentations for disciplinary, grievance & performance improvement plans
  • Assist with the leaver process
  • Assist the HR Business Partner with project work

Skills:

  • Relevant HR Advisor experience
  • Extensive end-to-end ER experience
  • Organised and reliable
  • High level of communication skills
  • Able to handle sensitive information confidentially
