Talent and Development Coordinator
The client is looking for add headcount into their Talent and Learning Development team for a 6 month duration. The role has been created to provide support and management to talent development programs to maintain a skilled workforce.
The client is a Financial Services firm based in the City of London. The bank is continuing to grow and operates in a professional and corporate setting.
- You will be supporting EMEA with the selection process for Learning and Development coursesYou will help to implement and manage development programs You will be involved with the recruitment of placement apprenticeship level roles You will help to support the on-boarding and maintain relationships with third party vendorsUse data to analyse the effectiveness of the learning and development initiatives You will support ongoing projects within the Talent and Learning and Development team
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1.5 years in a Learning and Development role, or in a HR role that encompasses a large part of Learning and Talent Development. You must come from a Financial Services of Professional Services background. You must have strong excel skills, and ideally you will be degree educated or have a CIPD qualification.
You must be immediately available and open to a temporary contact.
The client is offering a generous day rate and the opportunity to take ownership of your work within the role. You will gain wide exposure from a Talent and Learning Development perspective, having oversight of the banks EMEA regions.
