3 day (circa 22 hours) permanent HR Officer role working for a leading, well recognised brand based in Rotherham.

Description

My client is looking to recruit a part time 22 hour HR Officer on a permanent basis. As part of the family run business, you will report to the Finance Director and manage and maintain HR for the business.

Working with the hiring managers and employees across the business, you will guide and advise on all things HR in line with employment law. You will manage ER cases, recruitment, training and support the full employee life cycle.

You will bring ideas to the table, have an open door policy and support with the HR agenda. You will be self sufficient in all HR administration; onboarding and inductions and reporting. You will be a strong people focused person and be able to work in an organised and commercial manner.

As part of the role, you will roll your sleeves up and support with any office administration / facilities admin where needed.

Job Offer

Permanent part time 22 hours a week position for a HR Officer to join a leading travel and tourism business based in Rotherham.

Flexible working both on site and from home

Salary up to £35,000 doe
