An Interim Head of Organisational Development to support the organisation, based in London, after a organisation restructure in the last few years. Someone who is immediately available with an up to date DBS.

Description

The Interim Head of Organisational Development will

- Be responsible for OD, Talent, Learning and Employee Experience

- Manage a team of 6.

- Drive the culture and behaviour change.

- Shape and develop the organisation's people and culture strategy.

- Development of policies.

- Prioritise D&I in career progression.

- Strengthen talent management and succession planning.

- Help support and look at the function moving forward.

- Work closely with managers and employees to identify requirements to create strategies to evolve the individual employee experience.

Profile

An Interim Head of Organisational Development candidate with:

- MUST have an up to date DBS.

- Previous management experience.

- HR and OD professional.

- Experience of coaching and developing with D&I solutions.
