Job Details
Oakleaf is currently partnering with a global FTSE100 organisation to hire a Learning & Development Director based in the UK. This position is a great opportunity to build and lead new global Learning programmes, which will be critical in enabling the business to achieve its ambitious strategy. You will form part of a wider Centre of Excellence as well as playing an important role is the wider HR team shaping the Talent agenda.
Key deliverables will include:
- Establish and review capability priorities aligned with the business strategy
- Build the Learning Academy priorities, multi-year plan and lead the delivery
- Engage and build a diverse virtual team including Learning Council, Capability Leads, Executive Team governance, HR Managers and global execution partnerships
- Scope will initially focus on technical and functional capabilities for professional / indirect staff, and over time may encompass plan / direct labour learning
You will have proven experience in building and operating global learning programmes within a technical/ or manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will hold deep expertise in learning practices with the pragmatism to bring them to life. For more information please apply.
