The Role

This newly created role is a critical position for the organisation and reports to the Chief People Officer. You will be responsible for rolling out and implementing a completely new HR strategy for the business and a new HR team.

In this capacity you will create new policies, procedures for the company and support the corporate functions from a Business Partnering perspective.

The Criteria

You will have experience of operating at a senior level in an HR generalist capacity as well as leading teams. You will also be able to effectively operate in large complex organisation. Preferably, you will also have had experience internationally as well as in the Middle East region.
