Early Talent Director

Our client, a global Technology Services business is looking for an Early Talent Director to join their growing team. They are looking for someone to build out and bring together their offering for all Early Talent, including Apprentices, Interns and Graduates for the UK & Ireland business areas.

They're looking for an expert in the Early Talent space to build out their function. This role will lead on all areas including branding for the Early Talent space, Recruitment and all Professional Development areas, including the roll out of programmes and working with Managers to ensure there are clear Development plans in place.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to shape the area and subsequently build out a team as the business continues to grow. From the outset, this will be an individual contributor role and you will partner with the wider business to help drive key initiatives.

Key requirements:

  • Proven Early Careers/ Early Talent experience across the full life cycle - branding, recruitment and development.
  • Experience of working in large, commercial organisations, ideally with experience of Technology and working at pace in a scaling organisation.
  • An excellent project manager who is able to manage multiple programmes and initiatives simultaneously.
  • A passion for the early talent space and experience of setting up something from scratch is extremely advantageous.
