Page Personnel HR are working with a public sector organisation in Wigan who are seeking Interim HR Advisor to join and support a busy team. The roles will be heavily ER focused and could be ongoing for a 6 month period.

Client Details

Our client are a public sector organisation who are in urgent need of additional support due to the pandemic. They are recruiting for three Interim HR Advisor posts with immediate starts. These will be required on an ongoing basis for the forseeable. The roles will be heavily ER focused and based in Wigan.

Description

The key responsibilities for the Interim HR Advisor are working closely with Senior HRBPs, providing advice and guidance to managers, building relationships with service users, offering advice on terms and conditions of employment, handling ER cases, investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, updating and maintaining internal systems, developing and maintaining processes, assisting with recruitment processes. The role will be based in Wigan.

Profile

The successful candidate will have/be:

  • experience within a similar HR Advisor role
  • CIPD qualified (desirable)
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to build strong relationships
  • ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • strong knowledge of employment law
  • a good team player
  • able to travel between multiple sites
