Your new company
A well-established large Public Sector organisation based in Exeter are looking for an Interim HR Business Partner to join their HR team for a 12m FTC. This public sector organisation are proud of their reputation and are looking for someone who can add true value to the future of this company.
Your new role
You will be involved in L&D, Organisational Change and Workforce Planning projects. You will support the frontline workers of this business and manage Employee Relation cases. You will work 1dpw in the Exeter office and 4dpw from home (37hpw). You will coach and support employees at all levels. You will need to be a strong HR BP Generalist who can plan and implement projects with great communication skills.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced HR Business Partner, who has experience in Organisational Change, Employee Relations and Workforce Planning. You will need to have at least a Level 5 CIPD qualification. You will need to have excellent communication skills, be adaptable and hardworking.
