Job Details
International Recruitment Manager, responsible for project management of the recruitment of cohorts of doctors and nurses from overseas into the NHS.

The client is an NHS Trust in the East Midlands
Description
As Interim International Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for;
- Managing programmes of international recruitment of nurses and doctors
- Working with agencies and transactional recruitment team to oversee the process of recruiting nurse cohorts from overseas
- Liaising with HR BPs and international Recruitment partner to source candidates on a more ad hoc basis for doctors from overseas
- Run cohort recruitment exercises for recruitment of nurses, HC support workers and other staff groups
- Act as a strategic Recruitment Manager, planning the project delivery to ensure timelines and targets are achieved
- Management of 1 member of international recruitment team
Profile
The successful candidate will ;
- Have significant experience recruiting clinical roles from overseas
- Experienced in liaising with agencies
- Able to run projects, liaise with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Experience working within the NHS is essential
- Experience using the TRAC system would be useful
Job Offer
On offer for the successful candidate is;
- Contract lasting c. 3-6 months
- Flexible working, only required on site 1-2 times a week
- day rate c. £200-£230 per day inside IR35
