People Data Manager

We are recruiting for a People Data Manager role for one of UK's leading financial services groups. This position can be based in London or Cardiff.

The People Data Manager will lead the HR data team and oversee data integrations and solutions to establish a tiered model for data services and solutions for the global HR teams in partnership with Group People Analytics and HR systems & Reporting.

• Extensive experience in implementing and managing HR data, systems and reporting, with good understanding of data processing
• Good understanding of HR policies and practices
• Your understanding of IT architecture, security standards and HR Processes is key to this role
• Develop people data strategy and roadmap, including data storage, usage and integrity
• Lead on development and implementation of the people data architecture and integrations
• Collaborate and work with HR Shared Services teams and other business partners to simpifly and improve people data related processes
• Keep abreast of all legislative changes and identify any potential impact on data processing and procedures
• Experience in working with PowerBI and Alteryx is desirable
