As a Recruitment Business Partner you will be reporting into the Head of Talent responsible for:
- Managing a team of 8
- Deliver or approx 2000 blue collar hires per year
- Key stakeholder relationships internally as well as external clients
- Forecasting and managing team KPI's
- Candidate attraction, broader recruitment strategy, interview selection material
Profile
- Has responsibility for blue collar, high volume recruitment
- Have managed a team of recruiters
- Key stake holder management
- Candidate attraction, EVP, interview selection material
Job Offer
- Salary up to £50k
- Car or car allowance £5k
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- 2 days office based rest of the week WFH
