I am partnering with a growing Financial Services organisation in their acquisition of a Recruitment Officer to join their HR department. The role requires the successful candidate to support Hiring Managers through the full recruitment and selection process and manage the candidate throughout the entire recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with Hiring Manager to establish individual role requirements and assisting them with creating job descriptions
  • Assessing candidate applications and screening them against the job requirements
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability for both the organisation and position
  • Directly sourcing and selecting candidates from various job boards
  • Managing external agencies, ensure rates are agreed and recorded accurately
  • Building relationships with a range of Hiring Manages and key stakeholders across the company
  • Communicating with HR and IT to ensure all new starters IT/HR accounts are set up
  • Ensuring background checks are completed within the SLA
  • Interview coordination

Skills:

  • 2 years experience within an in-house or agency environment (recruiting into Financial Services firms)
  • Clear understanding of current recruitment principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong organisational skills
