HR Coordinator - Accountancy - Permanent - London

Your new role
In your new role, you'll be working closely with the HR Manager in delivering an exceptional People service. You'll support in onboarding and inducting new joiners, guiding employees around different types of leave (maternity/paternity/shared parental), managing references, updating company HRIS, acting as the first point of call for any incoming HR queries, and work closely with Payroll to communicate all employee changes.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this HR Coordinator role, you'll have a solid understanding of the employee lifecycle and will have worked in an HR capacity, handling high-volume, confidential information. Ideally you'll have secured / be working towards your CIPD, and will have experience in the fast-paced Professional / Financial Services industry. The ability to travel (either on public transport or by car) is crucial to this role. Travel is within the M25 to Regional offices 2-4 times per month.

What you'll get in return
A competitive £30,000-£35,000 salary + standard benefits.
