This will centre around a generalist range of initiatives across talent management, organisation effectiveness, talent acquisition and employee engagement.
You will be able to spot trends by developing and monitoring key HR metrics and you will use these to support decision making and demonstrate a return on investment. You will be genuinely commercially focused in your approach. To this end, you will always be able to identify the benefits for employees, managers and the business, of any HR initiatives that you are implementing.
As well as having a focus on HR strategy, you will also need to roll your sleeves up and deliver on some operational HR work. This role has a good mix of work to get involved with.
