Head of Business Partnering
Head of Business Partnering large acute trust based in Romford. Role will be responsible for managing the business partnering function, managing the workforce planning and assisting with cost saving initiatives.
The client is a large acute trust based across two sites in East London and Essex.
The organisation went through a human resources restructure in 2020 following COVID which improved the operational function of the HR Business.
The role is a 6 months fixed term role to cover the position whilst the current incumbent steps up into the Associate Director role.
The role of the Head of Business Partner role includes
-management of the business partnering team
-direct management of 3x 8A Business Partners
-coordination of the business partnering team and their activities
-act as a good manager and mentor to those within the team so they are able to come to you for advise on ways or working or challenges they are facing
-responsible for workforce planning that is developing at present
-building / continuing the development of a workforce planning template to be embedded in the wider business
-assistance in cost saving initiatives
-business cases = adhoc work
*recruitment and Employee Relations are handled in separate businesses.
The successful candidate should exhibit/demonstrate
-business partnering experience
-experience managing one person +/ a team
-workforce planning experience
