Talent Acquisition Manager
As internal Talent Acquisition Manager, you will support hiring managers by building a network of potential candidates within the marketing space. You will support the management of the interview process and recommend ideas and recruitment related stratgies.
My client is a fast paced marketing agency operating on a global scale.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting Account Managers and Hiring Managers for new hire requests
- Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through pro-active searching and ongoing relationship management
- Scheduling interviewing for shortlisted candidates and supporting the management of the interview process
- Recommending ideas and strategies related to recruitment, and implementing any new processes
- Supporting the onboarding of new hires
- Ensuring the highest quality candidate experience is achieved
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience recruiting Marketing roles (such as Data Analysts, Business Analysts, Marketing Automation and Operations Managers)
- Strong knowledge of Boolean, x-ray searches and additional sourcing software/tools, including LinkedIn recruiter
- Experience recruiting in a fast paced, high volume environment
