Reward Manager - 12 month FTC
Oakleaf Partnership are delighted to be partnering with a leading and highly successful global engineering firm on a 12 month Reward Manager FTC. This opportunity will be working in their UK Reward team and reporting into the UK Head of Reward.
Working alongside the People team and Global Reward Team, your role will be to lead on the operational delivery of the annual salary and bonus review for the UK with support to HR business partners across India, Middle East and Africa markets. You will manage external market benchmarking process collaborating with the Recruitment team. Alongside the operational day to day reward management, you will be leading on gender pay gap and ethnicity reporting, partnering closely with HR and the broader business as part of the company wide diversity strategy. Project wise, you will also support on the benchmarking project and provide subject matter expertise on the implementation of the new global people system.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of successfully leading salary reviews across a UK matrixed organisation. You will be a strong communicator and be confident partnering with People teams and working directly with business leaders providing knowledge and reward expertise. You will be a critical thinker and able to interpret and communicate reward data and provide insights. If this sounds like you, please apply accordingly to be considered.
