An exciting opportunity has arisen working as a Recruitment Coordinator for a growing financial services firm. In this role, you will be reporting to the Head of Recruitment.
Your new role
In your new Recruitment Coordinator position, you'll support and administer the end-to-end recruitment process. You'll be responsible for coordinating high volume interviews, across multiple time zones; build strong relationships with candidates and ensure an exceptional candidate experience; maintain company ATS to a high level of accuracy; and be responsible for ad-hoc reporting using Excel.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll have strong recruitment experience, ideally gained in-house within financial markets. You'll display excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills. Furthermore, you'll have a strong educational background and experience using Excel.
