An urgent requirement for a Reward Specialist to come in and join a fast paced financial services business with all Reward responsibilities. Reporting into a Head of Reward.
The business is a well known brand, midlands based, financial services organisation. A well established, fast paced business with a huge customer base and excellent products and services.
- Partner with the People Teams to provide advance and guidance to solve reward issues across the business and lead on delivery of solutions.
- Reporting into the Head of Reward, you will support operationally on the overall delivery of the reward strategy
- Manage the end to end operational delivery of the annual salary review process
- Manage the external market benchmarking process collaborating with the Resourcing team to provide insight and guidance on pay levels to leaders for existing and future roles/skills across the organisation.
- Manage the development and delivery of Total Reward Statement.
The successful candidate will be available immediately, experienced in the full reward role and able to hit the ground running in a fast paced environment.
