This leading retail organisation seeks a talented Regional HR Business Partner to join their team in an exciting and newly created, home based role.

Having undergone significant transformation, the HR team have moved to providing a reginonally focused HR Service to their stakeholders and shops. As such, this hands-on role will be split; ensure a 'best in class' operational service is provided to the organisation and it's staff, whilst driving the roll out their people plan and numerous projects across your region and nationally... (Home Counties and East Anglia, c20 stores - Travel; 2-3 days on the road/week).

Supporting the Head of HR, you will be a 'true' business partner to your stakeholders; driving capability, ensuring people plans are delivered, providing training and guidance, performance management etc... and being a point of escalation to a shared service team, who provide HR/ER advice, policy writing, MI reporting, score-carding, and support ing various other business-wide projects and communications.

A customer centric approach, with exceptional stakeholder management is key, as is the ability to 'get into the detail' to produce meaningful MI and statistical information to help aid business decisions.

You must be a strong with Systems (Excel in particular), be able to quickly build strong, robust and collaborative relationships, possess excellent Employment Law knowledge and, be comfortable in a fast-paced change environment.
