Oakleaf Partnership are working with an extremely fast-paced Technology business. They are looking for an experienced Compensation Manager with International Experience. Reporting to the Head of EMEA Compensation this role will focus on the design and delivery of compensation programs, ensuring they are competitive and fit for purpose.

* Managing the annual reward cycle, design and review of incentive plans, gender pay reporting and aligning the firm's compensation structure
* Review and design incentives schemes to align to firm strategy
* Ensure local reward strategies/policies are aligned to the global reward strategy
* Design and implement a consistent model for completing the annual salary and bonus review
* Present recommendations to senior management on compensation strategy
* Identify opportunities to harmonise global reward practices
* Provision of advice to senior stakeholders, including regarding external market remuneration practice


The successful candidate


* Proven experience in all aspects of reward management
* EMEA Compensation experience
* Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies, job architectures, reward frameworks and benchmarking processes
* Advanced Excel
