Talent Acquisition Specialist for large, international organisation. Based in Essex

Your new company
A large international organisation based in Essex requires a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. You will provide support and advice for all recruitment activities within your client group. You will manage attraction and selection activity partnering with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to assist with the recruitment and selection of all roles within your business areas. Ensuring that you select talent focusing on costs, time to hire, quality of hire and equality and diversity.

Your new role

• Accountable for the management of end to end recruitment process for internal client groups
• Provide commercial and pragmatic advice to HR and the business and work with them to develop practical solutions
• Identify, develop and manage relationships with suppliers and other sources to market, to drive direct attraction
• Drive the organisation presence on social media raising visibility of the employer brand. Responsible for ensuring that all information published on the website supports attraction and employee value proposition.
• Responsible for producing talent acquisition analytics and monthly stakeholder reporting
• Assisting with candidate selection including interviews to ensure best in class candidate experience
• Identification of opportunities to provide further operational 'value add' initiatives
• Provide advice and guidance on the ATS system, direct attraction methodologies and selection tools to HR and business
• Responsible for ensuring the ATS contains up to date data enabling accurate reporting
• Project work regarding the ongoing development of the Talent Acquisition function to meet the evolving needs of the business

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will have a background in Talent Acquisition ideally within a large, matrix/complex organisation. As a recruiter you will have the ability to build relationships easily with stakeholders and applicants, providing an excellent service to all parties throughout the recruitment process. You will have experience of working with mid level management creating bespoke recruitment campaigns for individual and volume hires. Experience in direct attraction methodologies, including online and social media would be advantageous.
