Temporary opportunity working for a leading chemicals manufacturing business as their HR Advisor on a full time on site basis.

Site based in Grimsby
This is a full time on site temporary opening working for a leading chemicals manufacturing business based in Grimsby. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for all HR Administration and support to the full employee life cycle. You will be organised and able to get work done efficiently and effectively.
You will be able to manage all recruitment and attend interviews with line managers ensuring candidates are offered and onboarded into the business. You will be responsible for supporting line managers with training requirements across the business and all HR reporting.
You will advise, coach and manage ER case matters in line with legislation.
This is a busy, hands on role on a temporary basis owing to budgets, but the role may become permanent.
HR Advisor level experience or Officer/Assistant level experience looking to step up
CIPD qualified to level 3 or 5
Able to start at short notice and able to commit to a temporary role on site full time
Ideally relevant industry experience/ unionised experience highly desirable
