Description
The HR Business Partner to the Senior Leadership team and be responsible for:
- Being a trusted advisor to develop the people plan for the area
- Supporting performance improvement and development capability
- Analysing and present data driven metrics and insights for decision making
- Supporting change management projects
- Working with wider stakeholders to deliver performance management, engagement surveys, talent & succession
- Supporting stakeholders with complex case management
Profile
As the HR Business Partner, you will have the following experience:
- Previous HR experience with UK employment law knowledge
- Trade unions experience an advantage
- CIPD qualified or working towards
- Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
- Ability to analyse data
- Influencing skills and self-motivated
