Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a Global organisation who, due to internal promotion, are looking to add a Reward Advisor to their team. The role is offering a salary up to £40000 DOE
This client boast over 5000 employees across 125 countries, and provides a wide range of consultancy services across a range of sectors. .
You will partner key stakeholders within your business division, working closely with the Reward Director in the delivery of the Reward and benefits plan, based from their Huddersfield office.
Support and review, the new flexible benefits scheme recently implemented
Support the HR Director with global rewards schemes such as bonus and share schemes
Salary benchmarking and job evaluations
Annual salary & bonus reviews
Gender pay gap reporting, as well as other HR and reward metric and MI reporting
To be considered for this role you will be highly analytical and passionate about reward, someone who has an interest in strategy, or potentially a HR candidate with exposure to reward, compensation & benefits.
