Generalist permanent opportunity for an experienced HR generalist- full time and permanent.

This is a really exciting opportunity working for a leading, up and coming manufacturing business and brand based near Worksop. The role reports to the HR Manager on site and will be a number 2 HR role for the site. You will work as part of a small HR, L&D, Recruitment team adding value and contributing to growing the HR function.
You will be responsible for all things generalist and operate both on a transactional level and stratefic partnering level.
The role will involve supporting with recruitment and training both in terms of the doing, but also from a strategy/ planning/ ideas perspective. You will coach and upskill management and ensure they understand policy and process within the business.
You will operate in line with legislation and have a warm, open door policy to HR.
- HR Generalist experience
- QBE or CIPD
- Full time on site role with some degree of flexibility
- Manufacturing experience would be a strong advantage
