Brand new opportunity to join a manufacturing business who are rapidly growing and based between Doncaster and Worksop. Permanent and full time position reporting to the HR Manager on site.

Description

This is an extremely exciting opportunity for an agency or internal recruiter with engineering and manufacturing experience to join a reputable, growing brand based near Worksop. This is a full time and permanent role offering exposure and flexibility.

Your will will be to report to the HR Manager and work as part of a team managing all recruitment on site in the engineering and manufacturing space. Your role will not be limited to just engineering and manufacturing, however, this will be where most of your time is spent.

You will be responsible for working closely with two Recruitment Resourcers in London and contribute to screening and sifting CVs, arranging and conducting interviews with line managers and taking candidates on a first class candidate journey. You will be responsible for ensuring offers are made successfully to candidates and work closely with HR to ensure candidates have contracts and are inducted into the business successfully.

You will be responsible for volume recruitment, building relationships with stakeholders around their recruitment needs, talent pooling, pipelining talent and all talent and recruitment metrics and admin.
