Managing the full range of HR activities and delivering an excellent HR service, whilst supporting and advising the school's Business Manager.
Candidates must bring the following experience:
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent) HR Manager with schools experience
- Supporting and advising a school's Business Manager, whilst overseeing the delivery of excellent HR service
- Managing the full range of HR activities, including recruitment, policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment, absence management, staff well-being, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, safeguarding (including overseeing the Single Central Register) and internal communications.
- Experienced and comfortable within both an educational environment and a busy administrative role.
