Interim HR BP
Interim HR BP role for c. 6 months initially
The client is an NHS trust in the Midlands
As Interim HR BP you will be responsible for providing a full operational and some strategic HR support to a specific division within the organisation including advising and guiding managers on all HR issues, working on ER casework including complex cases, working closely with unions as well as contribute to the development and delivery of the organisations people plan.
The successful candidate will;
- Have NHS/Healthcare experience
- Lots of ER experience including complex casework
- Significant HR experience
- CIPD qualified or QBE
- Available to start immediately or within 1 week
On offer for the successful candidate is a contract of c. 6 months initially, blended working from home and the office and a competitive day rate. Please note this role is inside IR35.
