Interim HR Administration/Transaction Manager - South Yorkshire / North Nottinghamshire / Lincolnshire border - 3 months - circa £30000

This is an interim role to assist the Head of HR in a very busy period. You will bridge the link between the Head of HR and the HR support services team - managing the staff/team in there.
Your role will be to look at work loads/allocation of "jobs". You will also check completed work, be involved in due diligence (check that offers/contracts are sent out in correct pay scale/banding and the correct level of internal authorisation to recruit has been obtained and recorded), aswell as deal with the more complex queries escalations - alongside the Head of HR.
"Jobs" are subject to strict SLAs so you will monitor this and ensure compliance to - or address issues or none compliance and reasons why.
You will also deal with queries on a new benefits platform that has been recently been launched.
Administration of change management is also part of the role - administering at fast paced and to strict deadlines TUPE correspondence and new Terms.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have a solid background in generalist HR and also high volume/ fast paced HR transactional and administrative work - ideally from a shared service background but not essential. (Being able to work at speed, to strict deadlines and with high volumes of work are the important factor.)
Staff/People/Department management experience.
