Interim Global Reward & Benefits Manager (FTC)
Global Reward Manager - 6 month FTC
Seeking an experienced reward manager who has experience across a Global remit and strong analytical skills. This is a stand-alone role where you will be responsible for design of rewards strategy, processes and policies, implementation, and HR reporting.
The role will include:
- Global job evaluation practice using Mercer methodology
- Managing yearly total compensation benchmarks
- Designing and managing reports and making recommendations to exec team
- Review of local pension schemes and insurance solutions
- Driving and manging local yearly salary review
It is essential that you have reward knowledge of best practices and trends across various countries and hands on experience of designing and managing reward processes with job evaluation and benchmarking.
