Description
The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Speaking with candidates and discussing the role in more detail
- Ensuring that they understand the role and the organisation
- Answer any pre-hire questions
- Updating the ATS system
Profile
The successful Recruitment Coordinator will:
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be used to dealing with high-volume recruitment
- Be confident in delivering information to a large group of candidates
- Have their own laptop
- Be able to start immediately
