A 16 month FTC for a Professional Services business based in Yorkshire

Leading on the Reward function for UK & IRE reporting into the Reward Director.

Client Details

A well established, transforming Professional Services business based in Yorkshire.

Description

  • Reporting into the Reward Director you will have responsibility for Reward for the UK & Ireland.
  • Lead on re-tendering for a new benefits platform, project management to support end to end project.
  • Benefit provider renewals
  • Stakeholder management including working closely with HR team on global mobility, reward & recognition, incentives, performance.
  • Bench marking
  • Supporting the business with Reward Analytics

Profile

  • Is available to commit to a 16 month FTC
  • Have operated in a Reward Manager/Head of Reward/Reward consultant
  • Have previously worked in Professional/Financial services or a similar business
  • Have excellent knowledge of compensation and benefits
  • Have previously led/delivered on tendering integrating a new benefits platform
  • Have the ability to work in a fast paced, changing business with senior stakeholder management
  • Have worked in an EMEA business
